Why is this place still operating if it FAILED HEALTH INSPECTION? I would shut this place down asap. A needle exchange program should be conducted out of a hospital not in a residential/commercial neighborhood. If a facility hands out 5 needles to a patient, before a patient can receive 5 more needles, they have to return 5 needles. This place has been problems since it opened.. This place hands out needles and there is no exchange. Drug addicts are leaving the needles all over the park near by and the streets. How come this facility does not request the used needles back? Is not what a needle exchange program is? Only in Paterson! Well of Hope failed Paterson health inspections two years in a row..
